罵小三「賤人」　法官：實話判元配無罪

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名詹姓婦人(55歲)疑老公與羅姓女同事外遇，直接殺到他們公司嗆罵羅女「賤人」等語，檢依妨害名譽罪嫌起訴，但士林地院的女法官認為，「有力的表述，未必是文雅的」，判定詹婦無罪。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，詹婦罵羅女「不要臉、賤人、╳╳娘、肖查某」等語，女法官審理指出，羅女被罵雖刺耳，詹婦是「情感表述」自己的婚姻受到侵犯，屬於「意見」表達，受言論自由規範，法律沒理由處罰「說實話的人」，因此判無罪，可上訴。
