種什麼因得什麼果不算恐嚇　女子不起訴

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭一名30歲錢姓女子，懷疑莊姓女子與其男友往來，去年10月，傳一封「電話都不接我想跟你聊聊咧！還是我去你店裡宣傳一下你的芝麻（指女性性器官）幹到有病不能生會傳染。」事後被莊女控告涉嫌恐嚇，錢女因此被起訴判刑判拘役20天、得易科罰金2萬元。
 2個多月前，錢女再傳一封「妳今天可以為錢傷害別人老婆別人老公別人女友～明天因果就會落在妳身上的～種什麼因得什麼果…」簡訊給莊女，莊女接收到後也再次控告錢女涉嫌恐嚇。這回宜蘭地檢署採信錢女辯詞：「我只是勸說她，全無恐嚇之意」，認為該封簡訊內容，不無莊女的生命、身體、自由、名譽、財產上構成恐嚇要件，今天對錢女做出不起訴處分。
