WeChat結識13歲少女　上旅館打砲遭逮

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名23歲李姓男子，前天晚間10時許，載著一名女子騎重機車經安樂路2段，執行酒測警員發現車燈有異上前攔查，並盤查後座的少女，少女謊稱已滿16歲，警方觀察外貌、談吐與年齡不符，追查發現少女僅13歲，並坦承自己與李男發生性關係。
 
警方調查，少女上周4在WeChat交友軟體上認識李男，兩人相談甚歡，李男向警方表示，兩人在你情我願情況下，前往旅館發生性行為。製作筆錄時，少女母親剛好到場報案女兒失蹤，得知女兒與陌生男子過夜，氣得大罵，「不聽話的不孝女！」。全案移送基隆市婦幼隊偵辦，訊後依妨害性自主罪移送李男。
