【動新聞/綜合報導】加拿大44歲登山客拉佛伊，今年7月前往荒野探險，但沒幾天糧食及獨木舟就遭野熊破壞，其中也包含他的通訊設備，他靠著心愛的寵物德國狼犬趕跑野熊才保住一命。但3天後他餓的發慌，為了生存，只得忍痛將愛犬砸死果腹維生，3個月後家人發現他沒在預定的時間返家報警，但搜救人員找到他時，他已奄奄一息且無法言語，目前情況危急住院中。
