民眾從馬上摔下　手疑似骨折警消救援

【呂品逸／新北報導】新北市淡水區1處馬場，今天下午5時許傳出有民眾騎馬時，不慎從馬上摔下來，造成手部疑似骨折，一旁民眾見狀報警；警消獲報已趕往現場救援。
