【陳如嬌／台北報導】高鐵昨天再度因設備故障停駛，延誤3萬2千多名旅客的行程，這是今年高鐵公司第二次出包，明天立法院交通委員會開議，肯定砲聲隆隆，交通部政務次長陳純敬說，已要求高鐵局先行檢討高鐵公司列車停駛處理流程報告，例如與台鐵、客運公司接駁機制、縣市政府建立的緊急狀況連繫是否有落實等都要檢驗，在明天的交通委員會中提出報告。

陳純敬表示，這次高鐵公司列車停駛的退票機制，遭民眾抱怨和批評，交通部也要求高鐵局一併檢討高鐵公司的處理流程。
