檢改：總長被訴及關說案　凸顯檢察需獨立

【法庭中心／台北報導】針對黃世銘被起訴，檢改會今發聲明表示，總長在檢察官歷次舉辦總長票選均名列前矛，這次急切辦案致未能謹慎認清與政權的來往份際，甚至引發政爭而使自己官司纏身，檢改會對此感到非常遺憾。

關說案的部分，檢改會認為，前部長曾勇夫等人，或許是為預算案的通過而徇私，縱然出於無奈，但此事涉及憲政機關的政治力影響、檢察官中立行使職務的重大公益，希望立法院自律委員會、檢評會、北檢、監察院等單位儘速查明事實，適當給予法律與政治責任的評價，並作為總長洩密案法院審判時的參考。

兩案顯示，檢察官獨立行使職權的艱難。全民譴責政爭，也反映人民期盼檢察中立。檢改會呼籲，儘速在憲法中給予定位，賦予檢察官如同法官的獨立職責。
