每月拿30萬被斷金援 啃老族勒索學生判1年

〔自由時報記者錢利忠／台北報導〕45歲無業富二代吳一良當啃老族，每月向父母拿30萬元零花，卻流連聲色場所，還積欠賭債，父親痛斥「敗家」並斷金援，他轉而向學生恐嚇勒索，稱「竹聯幫老大是我朋友」，詐得約32萬元，台北地院依詐欺、恐嚇取財等罪，判刑1年；可上訴。

吳一良體格壯碩，偏好找身材小一號的人下手，出庭卻辯稱「╳你老雞╳」是口頭禪，沒惡意，否認自稱黑道或作勢傷人；他曾輕浮地向員警說：「是借，會還的啦！」被警斥：「挑軟柿子欺負，真是無一良！」

警方追查，吳父曾經營石材工廠，晚年轉投資藥品貿易，在北市東區有2處房產，吳一良曾是台北商專高材生，卻誤交損友，退伍後待業至今，開著父親買的百萬房車，遊手好閒。

今年3月間，吳一良鎖定北市忠孝新生捷運站各出口，以「償還賭債」為由，向涉世未深的路過學生借錢，遭拒就嗆說認識黑道，恐嚇：「我可以把你打一打就離開」，逼受害人提款、變賣手機交付，總計9人受害。

法官認為，吳某恐嚇學生，造成民眾心理壓力，各犯行合計應服刑3年7月，考量他尚有年邁患病雙親須照料，且已達成和解，輕判1年徒刑。
