福懋強辯「切結後就沒再混油」　稽查員氣炸

【邱俊吉／台北報導】衛生福利部執行油安行動稽查，福懋在進口油中添加其他低價油，之前卻仍切結、宣示產品內容物與標示相符，已涉嫌詐欺，將由台中市衛生局移送地檢署偵辦，且該公司人員雖坦承犯行，卻辯稱，切結後，就沒有再做這樣的事，氣得衛生人員說「自己去跟檢察官講，看這樣可不可以」。
 
食品藥物管理署區管中心主任馮潤蘭說，若切結後就一切沒事，那不就表示若無切結，做任何觸法的事都可以，業者這樣的心態，真的很令人無法接受。
