【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市深澳坑路今天上午11時許發生車禍受困意外，1名男子駕駛廂型車行經該路段時，疑似車輛失控，整台車衝進路邊階梯，駕駛受困車內，警消已趕抵現場搶救。
