原文束刪個人是感覺,不用去在意這問題其實我自己是覺得,問題不在於年紀而是心態的問題,其實很多企業不是不用中高年寧重點是他們會怕一個問題,就是年紀越大越油條當然文中說貴公司其實很有心也想幫助中高寧的人真的有心的人會努力去做,而不是一張嘴在那抱怨我也看過高寧75的,還在鐵工廠作現場動作速度不輸年輕人有時很多事只能拉一把,重點看他願不願意站起來 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.106.137
