「歐蘭德嗜甜食」 法御廚退休揭祕

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】法國總統府愛麗榭宮主廚沃松（Bernard Vaussion），前天為總統歐蘭德（Francois Hollande）準備蟹肉佐西芹蛋黃醬、磨菇腓力牛排、覆盆子千層派組成的午餐後，正式退休。40年來，沃松順應時代為元首的膳食減脂，也見證為撙節開支，總統無法再享用松露、龍蝦等昂貴食材。

60歲的沃松說，服侍元首壓力大，「在一般餐廳出錯，消失的是顧客。但在這裡，要消失的是我。」他說，服侍過的6任總統都是美食家，而嗜食蝸牛和德國酸菜的席哈克（Jacques Chirac）「品味更勝一籌」。沙柯吉（Nicolas Sarkozy）以注重身材出名，要求餐點以魚、蔬菜為主，乳酪、葡萄酒都從總統餐桌絕跡。歐蘭德則酷愛甜點。近1年半來他肚腩明顯變大，沃松說他「很好侍候，沒什麼東西不吃」。
