黃色小鴨爆裂　桃園縣議員要求默哀

【石明啟／桃園報導】黃色小鴨今天上午爆裂，正值桃園縣議會開議，今天中午時，有議員提議要為黃色小鴨默哀十秒鐘，桃園縣長吳志揚指出，小鴨不是生命，這是做不好的問題。吳志揚也說，他要為今天在現場的民眾，以及原本今天安排要看小鴨，卻看不到小鴨的民眾致歉。
