【趙大智／台北報導】公視《刺蝟男孩》男主角鍾承翰是導演王小棣眼中的「運動狂」，身為凱渥男模，他8年前入行就養成健身習慣，果然當他在獄中裸身洗澡一幕，精實肌肉成為討論熱點。

有回拍戲空檔他在附近荒野慢跑，卻不慎進墳墓堆，「當時有瞄到兩側感覺不太對，怎麼都是墳墓」，想折返卻因有野狗衝出只好慢慢往前行，膽子算大的他記得當天即便受驚，還是跑了19公里。
