吃完薑母鴨遭酒測　超標被罰6萬元

【蔡進男／基隆報導】天氣漸涼冷，正是吃薑母鴨暖身季節！但小心酒駕觸法！基隆市1名21歲葛姓男子，日前凌晨在小吃店吃薑母鴨後，騎機車到市區買東西，途中碰到警方臨檢，測出酒精含量高達0.36毫克，男子向警方表示，沒想到只是多喝了幾碗湯，竟成了酒駕。由於男子沒有酒駕前科，態度良好，簡易庭法官判處有期徒刑2月，易科罰金6萬元。
