大國大時代╱社會談╱宋曉梧：收入分配是改革中重大問題

由大陸中央人民廣播電台經濟之聲、央廣網主辦的《大國大時代──中國經濟十月談》系列時事報告會第八場，10月23日在在北京大學光華管理學院舉行。本場報告會主題『社會談：改革需要多少個配套視窗？』，大陸經濟體制改革研究會會長宋曉梧、中國（海南）改革發展研究院院長遲福林、《瞭望東方周刊》經濟部副主任張瑜等出席報告會並發表演講。

根據中國廣播網報導，宋曉梧稱完善社會主義市場經濟，首先要解決收入分配問題，大陸基尼系數由改革初期0.3上升到0.5，突破警戒線，已開始制約社會發展，並引發眾多社會問題。

宋曉梧表示解決收入分配要重視共同富裕，首次分配要注重城鎮收入差距，打破行政性行業壟斷。二次分配方面，要解決城鎮社會福利的群體性差異。
