不敵大盤走弱　龍巖盤下整理

【劉曉霞／台北報導】龍巖(5530)今天開高走低，受到大盤走弱拖累，早盤隨即翻落盤下，在88元附近徘徊，盤中最低一度來到87.8元，隨即拉回88元關卡，午盤在88.3元附近盤整。

龍巖昨天順利賣掉淡大「HI-CITY淡大複合學舍」，以18.169億元賣給新光人壽，溢價率約6.8％，獲利4.84億元，換算下來，1、2樓商場每坪約35~45萬元，3樓以上學生套房每坪約17.6萬元。
