特偵組發言人涉洩監聽譯文　北檢另案偵辦

【呂志明／台北報導】特偵組偵辦民進黨籍立法委員柯建銘，涉嫌透過立法院長王金平，向法務部前部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌關說案，特偵組在案簽結後，代理發言人楊榮宗，在記者會上公佈相關當事人的監聽譯文，這是部分是否涉犯《通訊保障及監察法》，北檢今天已另行分案偵辦。

依照《通訊保障及監察法》27條規定，「公務員或曾任公務員之人，因職務知悉或持有依本法或其他法律之規定監察通訊所得應秘密之資料，而無故洩漏或交付之者，處3年以下有期徒刑」，且依《通保法》規定不管偵結前、偵結後，都不可以洩漏。

北檢將另案偵辦楊榮宗是否涉嫌違反《通保法》。資料照片
