自稱律師誆騙里長與按摩小姐　慣犯被訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】有多項詐欺取財前科的新北市50歲李姓男子，前年自稱大學法律教授與律師，騙一名被指涉《選罷法》的里長交付疏通費127萬元，去年又自稱律師公會理事長，騙走一名三溫暖按摩小姐13萬元。新北地檢署今起訴李男涉犯2次詐欺取財罪嫌，最重可合併判刑10年，檢方建請法院宣告李男強制工作，最長3年。

受騙里長指稱，李男保證能打點檢調，並以疏通法院的「三仙老公標」（指合議庭三位法官）等理由，分7次拿走共127萬元。

檢方原懷疑恐有法官涉及貪瀆，細查發現只是李男膨風吹噓。在押的李男辯稱跟里長借錢被誤會，但承認向按摩小姐騙錢。

受騙小姐指稱，李男自稱店內的法律顧問，約她下班吃飯唱歌，卻以朋友小孩開車撞死人要交保為由騙錢，還不許她陪同辦保。
