爬牆男被控偷內衣　原來「只想偷看洗澡」

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名陳姓女子發現放在家中的內褲、胸罩，陸續被偷走4件，女子懷疑有變態男潛入家中偷竊，特別提高警覺，2個月前，聽聞陽台有聲響，查看當場發現褚姓男子（24歲）侵入住家，正在偷取晾在陽台上的衣物，褚男也當場落荒而逃。

警方調閱監視器，查出褚姓男子涉嫌偷竊，褚男也到案坦承兩次潛入陳女住處，但堅決否認有偷竊行為，他辯稱聽到洗澡聲音，只是想偷看，並沒有偷竊東西，警方也沒有搜到陳女遺失的內褲、胸罩，經過檢察官調查，認為褚男涉及無故侵入住宅，但是雙方達成和解，而無法證明褚男偷竊，因此裁定不起訴處分。
