中選會人事卡立院？　王金平：不致影響七合一

【林修卉╱台北報導】中選會委員任期將在11月3日屆滿，行政院函立法院中選會委員提名名單同意案，若11月1日立法院未能行同意權，中選會恐開天窗，憂影響明年七合一選舉。立法院長王金平今早受訪表示，他認為不致於影響明年選舉，且現在有5位或6位的中選會委員還繼續行使職權中。

王金平判斷，11月3日新的主委即將上任，若民進黨團今若提復議案，可能就來不及，且復議案何時處理還不知道，可能延長的時間會長一點。

至於中選會副主委劉義周擔心中選會開天窗，恐影響明年七合一選舉？王金平說，「我想應該不致於啦！那麼久，也一樣可以研究啦！」希望民進黨團不要再提復議，11月1日就可進行同意權的行使，也就不致於開天窗；此外，現在有5位或6位的中選會委員還繼續行使職權中。
