大家好今天車停在公有私營的地下停車場，我的車停著的，對方停車不慎撞上我成一個窟窿請警察來，兩造都有去警局做紀錄了(聽警察說是私有道路所以不叫筆錄) 對方表示會請保險公司出險賠我可是我印象中這種情況保險公司不是也不會賠嗎?又或者乙式還丙式的險會賠嗎? 對方的車不像會保甲式的...看起來也不富裕，不知道維修後我該找誰=_= 如果對方保險公司不賠..對方也不賠..警方也說這不是公共道路也不受理..我該怎辦?直接打民事嗎=_= 謝謝! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 148.177.234.7
