彰化衛生局：大統案情節重大 罰近19億

彰化縣衛生局長葉彥伯今天晚間表示，衛生福利部下午開會審議，認定大統長基案是重大情節案件，審議不法所得十八點五億，依照食品衛生管理法第四十四條，可以依照這個不法所得再開一張行政處分書，連同先前三千四十萬罰款，總共開罰十八億八千零四十萬元，也創下食品衛生管理法修法以來，國內史上罰款最高的案例。
