錯把催生針當疫苗　護士害死3嬰兒

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】越南發生一起護士替嬰兒打錯疫苗致死事故，一名護士疑將催生針當作肝炎疫苗，替3名初生嬰兒施打，3名嬰兒隨後死亡。

事發在越南廣治省(Quang Tri)1間醫院，今年7月，3名剛出生的嬰兒疑因接種B型肝炎疫苗後死亡。當局經過多月調查後，化驗注射器殘留的疫苗，初步判定是3名死者是被護士注射本為臨盆孕婦使用的催生針。

當地媒體報導，涉案護士為嬰兒注射時，剛好碰上醫院停電，醫護人員以手機螢幕亮光，尋找存放在藥櫃裡的疫苗。由於藥櫃裡擺放B型肝炎疫苗和催產素(Oxytocin)因而出錯。3名嬰兒注射催產素後，隨即出現呼吸困難等症狀，經搶救1小時後宣告不治。

當地警方已決定將涉案護士起訴，並繼續擴大調查，以釐清涉案人員的責作。
