最近有在運動比較注重健康試了彰化市許多家的食物除了湯麵類外在實踐路上的伊豆板燒屋他的滑蛋蓋飯不油但除了不油膩以外吃起來沒味道米飯類的要找到沒用油的好像很難今天跑去吃金馬路上的越南廚房涼拌粄條滿好吃的而且完全沒有油加了很多香草跟葉菜有試過素食店但素食的油加得比一般的店家還多在彰化市想吃得清淡是不是要找越南、雲南的外國食物啊不然就只能吃自助餐了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.1.29.31
