飛官與美女醫生外遇　判賠80萬

【胡治言／綜合報導】已婚退役空軍上校科長楊銘傳，前年與有「醫界蕭薔」之稱的美女醫師林玲嘉到汽車旅館開房間，被林夫呂賢祥攔車活逮後，林夫怒控2人妨害家庭，但檢方以證據不足不起訴，林夫另向楊男求償500萬元，台北地院昨以楊男侵害林夫配偶權，判賠80萬元，全案可再上訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，法官認為，兩人上汽車旅館幽會一事不僅曾上報，兩人還在公共場所有親密行為，均已超越一般正常男女交往程度，因此判楊男要賠償慰撫金80萬元，全案可上訴。呂賢祥的律師葉光洲表示，楊男讓呂賢祥的家庭破碎，所受傷害不能用金錢衡量，會與呂討論是否上訴。林、楊昨均聯絡不上，不知其回應。
