魚肉冷凍20年！　大統沙茶醬被爆都用「垃圾原料」

民進黨立委魏明谷25日召開記者會，他表示接獲大統員工投訴，鹿港仍在生產的觀光工廠，所出產的沙茶醬原料都是「垃圾」，包含太空包的香菇殘梗、冷凍20年的魚肉，原料上都有進口證明，要求檢調徹查大統所有產品。

魏明谷25日由黨團幹事長高志鵬、書記長吳秉叡陪同召開記者會，踢爆大統沙茶醬原料相當黑心，像是從香菇農民丟棄的太空包中取得香菇殘梗，以及使用遠洋漁船冷凍20年的魚肉，加上泰國進口的濕蠶豆冒充花生，大統員工檢舉都是用這些「垃圾原料」製成沙茶醬。

魏明谷表示，濕蠶豆及香菇殘梗在油炸過程中，可能會產生有害人體的黃麴毒素，要求檢調到大統位於鹿港的觀光工廠4樓徹查冰櫃，原料上都有進口證明，並且應該勒令大統立即停工，將大統所有產品好好調查一遍。
