情人節與女友分手　男子偷手機洩憤

【陳建緯／台北報導】台北市1名24歲陳姓男子，今年七夕情人節當天因與女友分手，陳男一時情緒難平，又想到曾工作過的通訊行老闆很討厭。竟然潛入曾工作過的通訊行，偷了3支共價值70000元高檔手機洩憤。

警方表示，陳男曾在該通訊行工作多年，3個月前才離職，對於店內保安系統相當熟悉。通訊行老闆檢查監視器時，看到影像曾經懷疑竊賊可能是陳姓離職員工，但因為影像有些模糊所以無法確認。因此警方透過監視器，對竊嫌曾接觸過地點採集指紋，終於確定竊嫌就是陳男。請陳男到案說明時他否認犯案，但問及竊案當天陳男行蹤，陳男卻支吾其詞只是一直強調當天是「分手情人節」。因此讓警方懷疑陳男是因洩憤才偷竊，而且竊嫌所留下指紋、監視器畫面，都顯示該竊嫌是陳男，因此訊後將陳男函送法辦。
