標榜純橄欖油混油　大統獲利2億4819萬

【孫英哲／綜合報導】大統長基董事長高振利今被起訴，根據檢方起訴書，高振利指示溫瑞彬及調配員周昆明，於調配室調製純橄欖油過程中，摻入葵花油、芥籽油、大豆油（一般通稱沙拉油）等油類，再加入未經中央主管機關許可之添加物「銅葉綠素」等綠色色素調色，使摻入非橄欖油等油類後之調和油品，偽冒純橄欖油的色澤（實際含橄欖油比例約４２％），再利用不知情之分裝人員，將含有摻偽成分之調和油品。

依各批次需求，分裝製造品名「特級橄欖油」、「純橄欖油」、「（新）特級橄欖油」、「新進口橄欖油」、「優植醇橄欖機能油」等油品。再標示「鮮綠橄欖油」、「純橄欖油」、「歐洲西班牙進口１００％特級橄欖油」、「１００％純橄欖油」等品項，成分標示為純橄欖油，使不知情之廠商、通路商批購後，陳列於賣場、店面，轉售給不特定消費者，以此方式，接續製造、販賣摻偽及添加未經許可添加物的油品，使不特定消費者陷於錯誤，誤認上開油品為純橄欖油而購買，使大統公司獲利2億4819萬1732元。
