船長打瞌睡　漁船擱淺豐濱海岸

【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】台東縣成功鎮「吉昌10號」今凌晨出海捕魚，返程時疑因張姓船長（46歲，男）過度勞累打瞌睡，船體擱淺在距離成功鎮新港漁港約10公里的豐濱鄉北回歸線岸邊。

岸巡82大隊沿途監控吉昌10號，原懷疑是漁船走私，沒想到是疲勞駕駛遇難，趕緊加派人手將張姓船長及陳姓、詹姓大陸漁工救上岸，所幸船上3人都沒有受傷。
