【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，東北季風雖持續影響，但水氣漸少，北部及東北部今天降雨緩和，氣溫轉乾涼；中南部晴朗可見陽光，但因輻射冷卻效應，今晨最低溫在嘉義17.3度。

氣象局預報，來自大陸的乾涼空氣隨著東北風南下，今天各地低溫約17度到20度，白天北部及東北部高溫約23度到24度，其他地區27度到29度之間，中南部日夜溫差較大。

另，台灣沿海空曠地區、恆春半島及澎湖、金門、馬祖、蘭嶼、綠島已有9至10級強陣風發生，請注意。
