【林巧雁／台北報導】立委費鴻泰在立院財委會質詢指出，預售屋炒作嚴重，央行希望預售屋納入奢侈稅，財政部卻認為納入所得稅即可，應該要找到中間想法，一定要處理。

財政部長張盛和回應表示，會加強查緝預售屋的力道，也可針對炒作特別嚴重的地區，比如超過3000萬的豪宅加強查緝。會找5區國稅局長商量，鎖定雙北、桃園、台中的豪宅追查。

賦稅署署長吳自心指出，統計自9月底，近2年來查到個人不動產交易逃漏稅2512件，其中預售屋案件為1374件，所得金額超過36.69億元，須補稅10.17億。

賦稅署副署長許慈美說，一般人認為，預售屋的移轉是與建商間的權利轉移，國稅局比較不容易查緝，不過權利移轉也是一種交易所得，過去國稅局原本就有查核的方法。
