小摩官司未了　投資人擬索賠57.5億美元

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】被視為次貸風暴元兇之一的美國最大銀行摩根大通（JPMORGAN CHASE & Co.，小摩）相關官司賠償恐愈來愈多，不僅美國政府積極求償，投資人也力爭應有的權益。

據《華爾街日報》引述消息人士報導，包括資產管理公司貝萊德（BLACKROCK）在內等投資人組成的團體，正計劃向摩根大通索賠至少57.5億美元（1692億元台幣），以彌補該行在金融危機前向他們出售房貸抵押證券（Mortgage-Backed Securities，MBS）所造成的損失。

摩根大通恐因次貸相關官司，繼續支付高額賠償金。法新社
