監委受理陳情　民眾可至新北聯合服務中心預約

監察院年度地方機關巡察，將於25日上午11時10分至12時，在市政大樓1樓聯合服務中心受理民眾陳情，民眾可於22日至24日上午9時至12時及下午2時至5時，至市政大樓1樓聯合服務中心綜合申辦櫃檯預約，或於10月25日（星期五）上午10時至11時30分現場登記陳情。

研考會服務組長林珠珍表示，新北市巡察作業是由監察委員吳豐山及程仁宏兩位委員負責，接受民眾陳情。提醒民眾預約及現場登記陳情，請攜帶本人國民身分證及陳情相關資料，並填具「人民陳訴書」；如係委託他人登記時，則應另攜帶委託書、委託人及被委託人國民身分證，方得受理。監察委員將按照登記順序受理陳情，如因登記案件太多，未及當面向監察委員陳述者，將事後以書面處理。

林珠珍指出，「人民陳訴書、委託書表格（附件詳如下載檔案）」可至新北市府聯合服務中心綜合申辦櫃檯現場索取，或可用電話聯絡（新北市境內1999或29603456分機5117）另以電子郵件或傳真提供。
