美國加州法院裁定《魔獸世界》外掛商停業 需賠償 Blizzard 約 2 億元

　　GamesIndustry 日前報導，Blizzard 在對抗《魔獸世界》外掛製造商的訴訟中贏得勝利，法院裁定需賠償 Blizzard 700 萬美元（約新台幣 2 億 550 萬元）。
　　GamesIndustry 報導，Blizzard 於 2011 年 12 月向加州法院提起訴訟，指控 Ceiling Fan Software 是針對《魔獸世界》遊戲的多個外掛程式研發者。加州法院近日下令 Ceiling Fan Software 必須停止營業，並且必須賠償 Blizzard 700 萬美元。
　　Ceiling Fan Software 在網站發表聲明表示，在經過長達兩年與 Blizzard 間進行法律戰爭，為了保障公司的經營權與其客戶選擇如何玩《魔獸世界》的權利而戰後，他們沒有獲得勝利，已經被美國加州法院下令停止營業。

　　Ceiling Fan Software 同時展開募款，以便支付需要付出的法律相關費用。

　　至於《魔獸世界》在台迎接八週年，今日起也宣布將展開八大活動來慶祝，詳情可見官方網站。
