針對大統長基食品公司在生產的油品中摻雜低價劣質油。衛生福利部次長林奏延今天在國民黨中常會報告表示，將動用新修正的食品衛生管理法，重罰大統2860萬元。對於橄欖油摻偽，依據食管法49條，處最高三年有期徒刑，追繳不當利得。
