北部易雨 中南部晴朗

（中央社記者林紳旭台北23日電）中央氣象局表示，今天受東北季風影響，北部和東半部水氣多易雨，中南部為比較晴朗穩定的天氣，僅山區午後有零星短暫雨。

氣象局指出，今天白天最高溫在北部及東北部預估約攝氏25度，花東地區約27到28度，中南部約30度；夜間和清晨各地最低溫預估約19到22度。

氣象局說，整體來說，北台灣整天都是比較濕涼的天氣，有遇到下雨加上風大時感覺會更涼一些，中南部地區要注意日夜溫差大，請民眾留意氣溫變化並適時增減衣物。

氣象局表示，東北季風增強，台灣沿海空曠地區、恆春半島以及澎湖、金門、馬祖、蘭嶼、綠島有9至10級強陣風出現的機率，各海域觀測浪高也偏大，民眾如果要前往海邊活動應注意安全。1021023
