按摩女與男子通姦，竟傳簡訊表示，「那天爽到你」等淫穢詞語被男子妻子發現，最後法院根據男子手機性愛照和簡訊內容，判決通姦罪名成立。

高雄一名柳姓男子和按摩女發生婚外情，並以手機拍攝性愛照片；柳妻原本並不知情，但卻在前年意外發現丈夫手機裡竟有鹹濕簡訊及性愛照片，因此憤而提告。

法院審理期間，柳男坦承通姦犯行，因此在比對手機性愛照片，釐清通姦時點後，認定犯行明確，分別判處柳男有期徒刑2個月、按摩女有期徒刑3個月，並得易科罰金。
