劉政鴻胞地占用陽明山國有地已移送法辦

【林巧雁／台北報導】苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池的七七行館占用陽明山國有地，國民黨立委林德福今天在立法院財政委員會詢問，國產署處理進度如何？國產署長莊翠雲表示，已將占用人以竊佔罪移送地檢署，並追討不當得利200多萬元，並要求清除騰空占用國有地的地上物，包含移除圍籬。

林德福也指出，台北市政府占用環河南路一段道路、高架橋下土地出租攤位，公告現值超過10億元，是占用國有地排名第一，追討得回來？莊翠雲表示：「會積極追討。」
