【動新聞】漂浪世代羅福全　放不下台灣民主

【方翊倩／綜合報導】許多人對羅福全的印象，大概僅止於他曾任民進黨政府首位駐日代表。七十八歲的他是著名的經濟學者，曾被列入世界名人錄，也曾在聯合國擔任經濟顧問，與許多國家的元首都有交情。

今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導，一九七三年羅福全開始擔任聯合國經濟顧問，走訪世界40逾國，協助各國經濟與環保發展。他行遍天下，卻回不了故鄉。他在美國推動台獨，被國民黨政府列入黑名單，飄浪海外31年，連母親過世也無法奔喪。

他的人生只剩下一件事還放不掉，就是台灣民主化，他說：「兒子四歲時，我就帶他去聯合國遊行，今年二二八我們去遊行，他還打電話來說，已經過了三十九年，你們還再遊行哦？」
