食安危機　總統23日宣示贊成多數監督少數

總統馬英九22日晚間在國民黨主持中山會報，根據與會者轉述，明天中常會將邀衛生福利部長邱文達報告「重大食品安全事件集改革策略」，馬英九也將就政府對食品衛生安全後續管理進行宣示。

與會者表示，行政院在中山會報報告中指出，目前政府採取三項處理作法，其一由衛福部針對大統事件從嚴從重嚴厲懲處，並請法務部對負責人進行財產凍結；其二、請衛福部參照打擊偽劣藥模式，成立食品安全稽查及取締聯合小組；其三，擴大食品志工團隊，衛福部明年1月初也會成立食品安全守護聯盟，結合大專院校一起投入食安工作。

與會者轉述，馬總統表示，非常贊成多數人監督少數人，這樣較易成功。如果少數人監督多數人，困難度就會很高。
