【唐鎮宇／台北報導】北市驚傳疑似虐狗事件！多位網友向《蘋果》投訴，一位銀行業主管去年向業餘從事流浪狗收養的民眾藍伯鈞，領養巴吉度品種的狗狗「芭比」後，後來卻擅自把芭比轉給妹妹扶養；原飼主藍伯鈞向該主管多次索回不成，最後卻發現芭比已經死亡，屍體渾身是血。北市動保處表示，將主動介入調查。
