遭批隱匿黑心油　食藥署：此說法太沉重

【張博亭／台北報導】食藥署今表示，針對國際間食用油品的鑑別，是以檢驗脂肪酸組成為主流，並藉由比對各種油品的脂肪酸資料庫進行研判，但因食用植物油品所含的脂肪酸百分比組成，會因植物品種、產地、萃油方式及加工精煉過程而不同，所以資料庫比對所得結果，還是需要輔以工廠稽查及產品配方等進行確認及最終判定，食藥署食品組長蔡淑貞表示，外界質疑食藥署隱匿案情，這說法太沉重。
