【胡治言／綜合報導】國道五號通車後宜蘭土地價格飛漲，農地買賣熱絡，卻反而成為詐騙集團目標。

《蘋果》報導，以男子曾繁榮（54歲）為首的詐騙集團，看中宜蘭農地價格飛漲，佯稱是知名綿羊油公司執行長、欲在宜蘭買地蓋豪宅，卻勾結地方房仲業者與代書，騙老農把農地設定抵押後，再把抵押權低價轉賣給資產管理公司追討款項，每筆土地獲利至少4百至6百萬元不等。檢警據報追緝，昨逮捕5嫌，初步清查6人受害。
