【趙大智／綜合報導】鄭嘉穎在以《步步驚心》裡的八爺走紅前，經歷演藝生涯幾度起落，加盟香港英皇唱片後，將推出第1張國語專輯《說來話長》。新專輯首簽會選在中國的大連舉行，就以八爺名號為號召。

《步步驚心》雖然拍了續集《步步驚情》，但四爺吳奇隆之外，他的弟弟們如鄭嘉穎、林更新、袁弘都未參與，但藉著戲紅也一樣忙著不可開交。鄭嘉穎原本就是歌手出身，此番再推新輯，人氣已不同以往。
