國際半導體設備材料協會(SEMI)21日公佈，2013年9月北美半導體設備製造商接單出貨比(Book-to-Bill ratio)初估為0.97、創2012年12月(0.92)以來新低，連續第2個月低於1、且為連續第3個月呈現下滑。0.97意味著當月每出貨100美元的產品僅能接獲價值97美元的新訂單。

SEMI這份初估數據顯示，2013年9月北美半導體設備製造商接獲全球訂單的3個月移動平均金額初估為9.753億美元，較8月的10.639億美元驟減8.3%、連續第3個月呈現月減，但較2012年同期的9.128億美元高出6.8%。

9月北美半導體設備製造商3個月移動平均出貨金額初估為10.056億美元，較8月的10.819億美元下滑7.1%、連續第4個月呈現月減，且較2012年同期的11.6億元短少13.6%。

半導體業龍頭廠商英特爾(Intel Corporation)15日以PC產業景氣趨緩為由、將今年資本支出預估區間自「110億美元加減5億美元」調整為「108億美元加減3億美元」。
