騎車4小時致會陰痛　3男患攝護腺炎

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】阮綜合醫院泌尿科主任蔡秉儒1個月內發現至少3名年約40歲的男性，假日騎單車3至4小時後，出現會陰部疼痛、痠麻、頻尿、解尿困難等症狀，醫師透過肛門觸診發現病患攝護腺均遭到壓迫，診斷為非細菌性的急性攝護腺炎，經消炎、止痛藥物治療後，症狀大幅改善。

《蘋果》報導，蔡秉儒指出，臨床常見的細菌性攝護腺炎，尿液逆行導致感染；但騎腳踏車引起的非細菌性攝護腺炎，因會陰部長時間承受過重壓力，導致上方攝護腺受擠壓刺激引發發炎。台灣單車休閒產業發展協會理事長林悉弘建議，選擇單車坐墊不只要注意軟硬度，高度最好也選擇在車手腰下一拳頭處，騎乘時才能讓腳伸直，減少膝蓋過度磨損。
