【陳亮諭／綜合報導】高雄市男子楊昔浩（44歲）原為吊車司機，與妻離婚後愛上夜市擺麻將賓果攤位老闆娘簡聖恩（54歲），展開相差10歲姊弟戀且同居；楊男不滿女方榨光他100多萬又不時要錢，昨談判時起衝突，男涉殺死簡女，事後自殺不成，報警自首送醫，全案依殺人罪送辦。

《蘋果》報導，除財務糾紛，楊男還懷疑簡女劈腿另結新歡，昨談一言不合互罵後在主臥室內開打，簡女揚言要找人殺其母姊，楊男用自己的頭重擊簡女頭部後，拿膠帶黏一堆衛生紙封住對方口鼻，當場把女友掐脖勒死在床上，隨後拿起水果刀往自己腹部刺了2刀企圖自殺，因太痛而報警求救自首。
