南蘇丹種族衝突　聯合國重批

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】南蘇丹近日爆發嚴重部落衝突，造成百餘人死傷，聯合國嚴聲譴責。

聯合國駐南蘇丹特派團21日表示，位於南蘇丹北部瓊萊州東忒克縣的兩個牛群營地，20日先後遇襲，隨後暴力衝突蔓延至鄰近地區，特派團當天掌握的死傷數字為40多人喪生、60多人受傷，但據當地官員最新透露的情況，衝突中的喪生者達78人，另有至少87人受傷，30多人下落不明，其中一些人可能遭綁架。

南蘇丹2011年7月脫離蘇丹獨立。但南蘇丹各部落之間為了爭奪牧場和牲畜經常發生武裝衝突，特別是洛烏努埃爾族和穆爾勒族這兩個南蘇丹的主要部族在歷史上長期存在矛盾並多次發生衝突。一些偏遠地區還有反政府武裝出沒。南蘇丹特派團表示，已著手調查對這起衝突事件，並希望南蘇丹當局能配合調查，早日將凶手繩之以法。
