中法砸7500億　在英蓋核電廠

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】英國首相卡麥隆（David Cameron）昨宣布與法國電力集團（EDF）簽訂協議，將在英格蘭西南部興建英國自1995年以來的首座核電廠，且兩間中國核能公司在此建案佔有30％到40％股權，是中資首次參與英國核電項目，也是歐洲在日本福島核災後興建的首座核電廠。

卡麥隆稱這項決定對英國人民至為重要，因為這攸關160億英鎊（約7588億元台幣）的投資和2.5萬個工作機會。英國能源大臣戴維（Edward Davey）表示，在經過兩年努力，EDF同意該電廠的電價維持35年不變。英國廣播公司（BBC）稱，EDF在英國擁有並負責運營15個核反應爐，英國10年內將更換現有核電廠中污染最嚴重的20％。
